Ashur Khatayin

Synopsis

Ashur is an older auri man who used to serve as the Khan to the Khatayin back in his heyday. After losing his wife and husband to a series of unfortunate events, he left the Steppe, only to run head first into his deranged and absent father. When the inevitable fight ensues, he barely survives, feigning his own death and eventually holing up in an old abandoned mountain shrine deep in the depths of Yanxia to fall into a 50 year long sleep. Once he wakes up, he takes up the job as a wandering apothecary, and continues to travel around helping anyone who needs it to this day.

Abilities | Classes

Like his younger brother Feinne, Ashur possesses the ability of Auspical Bloodletting, as well as Aether Tracking, allowing him to track down and detect others regardless if he's in combat or not. In addition to these skills, he also possesses the ability to inflict paralysis based on a gaze attack, rendering most people unable to move, having trapped them in some sort of nightmare.-
When fighting, Ashur utilizes the classes of Warrior and White Mage [Apothecary Class], and is semi-limited thanks to the loss of his left hand. Don't let it fool you however, he's more than powerful enough to take down hoards of enemies or great beasts, even going as far as being an equal to primals themselves.

Personality

Ashur is a rather aloof and serious man who doesn't understand the intricacies of social interaction nor romance. Known as being incredibly dense, he tends to focus more on work and procuring medicinal herbs to make more medicines rather than striking up conversations, even less so when it comes to recognizing the attraction of others towards him. That doesn't mean he's a cold person however, for he's quite thoughtful and caring towards those he's close to as well as friends.

Solstice Rooibos

Synopsis

As the youngest in his family, Solstice started out his life as an extremely prematurely born baby, and was slated to die not long after his birth. That is, until a certain Tural Vidraal had decided to give him the blessing he needed to survive, even if it wasn't exactly for free. Since then he's been hounded for his life, only managing to leave the safety of his village after close to 70 years. Now mostly traveling Eorzea, he performs for a variety of fans at concerts, well known enough to draw countless crowds whether in the performance halls, or simply walking down to the markets.

Abilities | Classes

Solstice utilizes a sub class of the Viper class called Sidewinder, which is a hybrid fighting style he inherited from his mother- the matriarch of his village. Sidewinder combines the Viper and Dancer fighting styles, allowing for both melee and ranged skills to be used. Combat uses the Viper's arms and aether made chakrams that are flung in large arcs by striking the main swords, and return back to Solstice via aether tracking.

Although he often sticks to the Sidewinder class when fighting, he's also skilled in White Mage as well- mostly for emergencies

Personality

Solstice is a shy, nervous, and meek sort of man who's often stressed out for one reason or another, so much so that it's hard to believe he's such a popular and confident performer. The personalities he has when alone, performing, or in the heat of battle, are all just varying facets of who he is. Despite his nervousness, he's a rather kindhearted and caring person.

Hoji Cha

Synopsis

Hoji is an amnesiac with very little memories of what he did prior to waking up washed down one of the rivers from the Azim Steppe. His memories are still mostly intact for his profession thankfully, leaving him to find a way to make money rather quickly despite his predicament. After reading an old diary seeming to be written by his former self, he learns of his previous experiments with dangerous aether, leading him down a strange path of stealing blood from monsters and people alike, all so he can figure out the mysteries of his notes and the power used within aether rich blood.

Abilities | Classes

Even though he's not particularly keen to fight, Hoji uses a subclass to Black Mage called Blood Mage, which uses BLM skills that can be super charged with varying types of aether infused blood to increase their potencies, or add new effects to already existing skills. That being said, even with how dangerous he can be on the battlefield, he's still quite weak when comes to his own constitution, and can quickly be dispatched if he doesn't have a proper vanguard.

Personality

Callous and mischievous, Hoji typically doesn't want to deal with people unless absolutely necessary. If anything, he's more likely to stab you with a needle and steal a vial of blood before striking up any friendly conversation. Either that, or simply knock you out with a tranquilizer and just be done with it; if you want to have a conversation, either corner him or bring something with enough value to entice him. Results may vary.

Cizin Xibalba

Synopsis

Cizin started off life as a regular Shetona, only becoming a Tural Vidraal much later in his life. If you asked him about his life before he became a Vidraal, he'd simply say that he doesn't remember anymore, having cast off his memories from such a "boring time" in his life. These days, he mostly roams around Tural, preying upon unsuspecting people who either don't recognize him, or are stupid enough to trust anything that he says. As a Vidraal with a changing form, he can usually go undetected in most towns, but there are times like with Tuliyollal or Solstice's village, that employ barriers to keep him out specifically.

Abilities | Classes

Most of his abilities are unknown aside from shapeshifting, but according to a matriarch from a hidden village, Cizin makes use of the Viper class while harnessing the elements of both Lighting and Earth, making him difficult to deal with or counter. Some other abilities include Aether Tracking, and some degree of Aetherical Poisoning (forced aether absorbtion).

Personality

Little is known about Cizin, but he comes across as someone who you shouldn't trust, even if your life depended on it. Every interaction is transactional in nature, even if you don't realize it until after the fact, and any deal you make with him will be collected on with incredible interest. His outward personality is easy going and cheeky, always trying to make light of situations, but the true intentions he has are a lot more sinister in nature.
